A GIFT OF FRIENDSHIP

Friendship is a priceless gift
That cannot be bought or sold

But its values is far greater
than a mountain of gold

For gold i scold and lifeless
It can neither see nor hear

And in time of troubles
It is powerful to cheer

It has no ear to listen
No heart to understand

It cannot bring you comfort
Or reach out a helping hand

So when you ask God for gift
Be thankful if He sends

Not diamonds
Not pearls or riches

But the gift of true friendship
And a health body
